I noticed that www.genuineStone (http://g603.net) .org the natural Stone (http://g603.net) councils long awaited website just launched. This organization is supposed to advocate on all of our behalfs about the virtues of natural Stone (http://g603.net) versus the man made junk.

I checked it out and (http://maplered.com) here are a couple of my thoughts:

1. Pretty design, cool interface, rich photography. I think the design lends a really upscale feel to our product.

2. A little short on information. The text on some of the links are written in that adbstract advertising-agencyesque voice that im not too fond of. I guess they are decent though.

3. Gallery. I dont like how small the images are on the right hand (http://maplered.com) side of the screen. There should be a way to enlarge them so we can really see the natural beauty of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) . They should borrow some of Mark Ls pics or even stock photography for this.

And thats it. overall i think its a step in the right dirrection. Does anyone know if they are going to make printed brochures we can give to our clients? That would be nice if designed similarly to the website.
